   im originally from eastern nc and was delighted to find a BBQ sauce that wasn't tomato based . that vinegar twang reminded me of home! have some cooking with my Boston butt right now!

   The best Vinegar based sauce I've been able to find. I ordered 6 bottles to send my granddaughter in Astoria Oregon. They don't know BBQ out there.

   We started buying the original grilling sauce years ago. When I couldn't find it in the stores I went online and found your web site. We decided to try the multi pack and my husband fell in love with the Eastern Carolina - we use it for marinating our pork and chicken when cooking on the grill. He still uses the original as a base for his own Barbeque Sauce. Love them both!

7. Excellent sauce for NC pulled pork bbbq!

   I found a recipe for slow cooking a boston pork butt and then shredding it for pulled pork bbq. Recipe only said to use your favorite bbq sauce to mix in--so I had to experiment. Search ended when I found JohnBoy and Billy's Eastern BBQ sauce. We will never use another sauce for pulled pork bbq as long as they keep making it.

   Use it on everything we grill. Nothing better than vinegar base sauce. Even our Yankee friends love it!

   Put this Eastern Carolina sauce in your coleslaw it's amazing!! If you want to go a littler farther add a little fajita seasoning as well..

    We have used the Eastern Carolina sauce since it came out. We moved to the coastal area, and could not find it in the grocery stores here. So, we order it by the case. Love the vinegar based sauce.
